This module is linked to our PMS Module and with a user friendly interface tool can send automatically all the tasks from PMS that have been defined as Dry-Docking  to predefine the period when the vessel will go for Dry-Docking. It creates a table with all jobs that are due until the Dry-Docking date and with a “drag & Drop” functionality we can send all the jobs to the Dry-Docking period.Any additional extra jobs can be included  onto Dry-Docking. For each job that will be accomplished at Dry-Docking all the requirements in material, man power, Specialists etc.will be defined. A requisition list will then be produced with all the needed items that will be send to Shipyards for quotations. After an agreement with a Shipyard is reached, an order can be placed.This list will be grouped by Department /System/equipment with all attached correlated documents. The list is grouped by scheduled date (that have been defined by the company) and will be given to the Shipyard for job accomplishment.

A lot of predefined KPI’s reports have been produced. The system is flexible for Customized reports.
The Module is a part of “Telecomputer Shipping ERP System” and is integrated with all relative Information of all ERP
