A system is Fully Integrated with the Purchasing activities of Spares Parts, in a highly interactive, user friendly environment.
Inventory is followed up per vessel with cross referenced to plan maintenance system (PMS) for cost evaluation and planning. This system is designed to be used by the office and on vessels and the information that is exchanged through our “High technical standards Synchronization system” can synchronize in an simple way the Office and vessel “data bases”. The information is exchanged by a specially designed file system compressed with only data that eliminates the communication cost. The transportation of data is achieved through Emails exchange.

- Special designed Library with Plate Numbers, Drawings, Spares.
- Simple manner of creating a Requisition on Vessel or in office.
- Simple manner of receiving the Requisition from the Vessel.
- Complete order cycle through the Purchasing Module.
- Vessel can be informed through the synchronization system the Approved quantity and delivery information (Requisition Status).
- Inventory Control of all Items in each vessel’ stock.
- Integration with Planned Maintenance System.
- Incorporated documents for each requisition through our correlated document managed engine.
A lot of predefined KPI’s reports have been produced. The system is flexible for Customized reports.
The Module is a part of “Telecomputer Shipping ERP System” and is integrated with all relative Information of all ERP.
