Crew

The module is designed to operate independently on each Vessel and maintain an accurate record of each seaman on the vessel data base. The crew module on the Vessel allows the user to have all the necessary information related to the seaman for better management. It provides comprehensive support for the complete crewing and crew management process. 

The Information that provided are:

• Seaman Record in Details.
• Needed certificates per rank.
• Certificate expiration Dates.
• Appraisal Evaluation.
• Availability.
• Black list.
• Medical History of seaman
• Etc.

Payroll / MGA

The module comprises Crew Management, Crew Payroll, MGA all in one. It is a central pool of all information relating to the seaman regarding his pay. All monthly earnings for each seaman is input into the system and are transferred to Office for checking.

The Earnings that can be handled are:

• Cables
• Overtime
• Extra Bonus
• Telephone Cars
• Cigarettes
• Allotments
• Extra payments
• Advances on board

When all the data has been input and checked then Master can close the pay period by:

• Calculation of pay of each seaman.
• Issued the Payslip of each seaman
• MGA Presentation and finalization.

      The Module can calculate if needed and

• Retroactive wages.
• Calculation of Indemnities.
